A lot more like "Love": From workaholic to jobless...จากคนบ้างานสู่คนว่างงาน

I've been out of job for almost a month now. Most of people asked me why I quitted before I got a new job. What and how I can possibly put into words? It wasn't my intention to leave the job I love so much. It wasn't my intention to leave my beloved team. But once I reconsidered , it might be a good choice to leave at this time. Leave it now when all a good memories were still bright and beautiful, rather than when there's nothing nice to remember. For over 2 years of dedication, I admit that I might not be a good and nice team leader, I might not be a perfect person. I did mistakes but I tried my best and I worked hard. People would ask me what was my achievement during the time I worked there. I replied, the time when my staffs accepted me as their leader. I remember a day that one of my staff said to me with his angry tone, "You still have a lot to prove!". Until a day another one said, "I didn't like the way you worked before but I like you now....
